Bowel Motion Chart

What Is Your Motion Like?

A major key area in knowing your inner self, is to be aware and understand what your bowel motion colour, texture, size and habits mean to your overall health.

Do you take any notice of what's been eliminated before you flush?

Many patients don't know, they've never taken the time to look, not realising it can reflect so much information back to them.

So why is it important?

Well if you've ever suffered from constipation, you'll know some of the repercussions

  • bloating,
  • gas,
  • rumbles,
  • cramps,
  • pains,
  • nausea,
  • vomitting,
  • a feeling of incomplete elimination,
  • straining and perhaps even haemorrhoids.

No-one needs to suffer from this on a daily basis, the balance requires correction, so to understand what is going on would be most beneficial, right?

What about constant diarrhoea?

Many will know that this depletes energy, give you cramps, pains, nausea, vomitting - many of the same symptoms as constipation.

Whilst both of these extremes are fairly obvious, many choose to ignore them, presuming it's normal or that it will just go away, or may just be hugely embarrassed to talk about this wasteful issue.

Perhaps you're always in a rush and no-one has ever told you what is normal and what is not!  So have a look at the bowel chart below and see where you're at...
